All residency applicants must familiarize themselves with the rules and instructions, and upon acceptance, must agree to comply with them.
General rules on use of the residence
You are expected to stay at the residence during your whole residence period, however, you can take short weekend trips elsewhere. If you are planning to be away from the residence for a longer period of time, you must notify the Residence Manager. You are responsible for paying the rent for your entire residency period even if you need to vacate earlier than planned.
Residents must take good care of the premises and ensure its general cleanliness, particularly of their own room. The resident is required to immediately report any damage to the premises, objects, and equipment that he/she or their guest has caused.
At check-out, the bedroom will be inspected by the Residence Manager. It is expected that the resident cleans the room to the same standard of cleanliness as when they arrived. Any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit. The resident can also choose not to clean their room, in which case, the full deposit will be used to pay the cleaning costs. Please let the Residence Manager know beforehand.
The quiet hours are between 23:00 and 06:00. Unruly behavior, loud noise, or disturbing the other residents are strictly forbidden. Consumption of alcohol is allowed but it must not disturb the other residents or violate their entitlement to peace. Smoking is not permitted inside the Residence. Drug use is strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
